Founding Solutions Engineering member in the Google Security Operations (formerly Chronicle) team, which focuses on cyber security. Everyday brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow and I spend my time by doing the following:

Drives SecOps SIEM Supportability Strategy by collaborating across functions—including Product Management, Engineering Directors, and Customer Leadership—to ensure system stability and operational excellence.

Develops and Delivers high-impact, comprehensive SIEM vendor training sessions (onsite and remote) to elevate the technical expertise of the SecOps and Support teams.

Manages the stability of key customer accounts and serves as one of the primary escalation point, reducing critical incident resolution time by 50%.

Champions the exponential growth of the Detection and Response support team (scaling the team 15X) by developing comprehensive training materials, internal playbooks, and a robust mentorship for new engineers.

As a TCE, I provided technical support to customers and worked directly with development teams across the company to fix software defects and help root cause customer's network problems.

I worked in the Cisco Managed Services (CMS) supporting high profile customers with their networking problems revolving their voice infrastructure. I also obtained my Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) during my internship.

I worked on the integration of audio visual (AV) systems for Google and Uber. I contributed to my team's effort to deliver the AV integrations ahead of schedule.
